Ok. So this is a little bit of a story so just stick with me for a minute.
At the time I took this picture. I was working one of my many jobs. The job had a three definite benefits: it was near where I volunteered at a children's hospital so I was able to keep doing that. It was right next to the water. I could walk out the door and see fish and dolphins jumping. And last but not least the job was under an overpass for I-95.
It was then that I realized how massively amazing this structure is. No one thinks about the structure of a bridge or highway until it falls. I loved the idea of taking pictures of it not only because it is still standing but because it is the underside of this structure, the part no one pays attention to; when it is in actuality the most important part.
